Over the years we have provided our clients with patterns and production help in order to facilitate a successful product. In most cases we have been there for the design process and found it beneficial to combine design with production. Considering the entire process as a whole can reduce production time and waste. In the design studio we can conceptualize with the client then take the apparel product entirely from idea to end use.
Here are 2 examples of lines we designed that are production ready. The newest project of ours is flight suits for women. Currently there are no such suits on the market, only custom suits. Women pilots have expressed the need for certain fit features so we solved their female specific fit and function issues. Here are 2 completed, production ready examples. The grey suit is fitted, incorporating body curves, drop waist, low rise and cut in a medium weight, cotton twill. The blue suit is looser in the top and leg, high waist, low rise and cut in light weight cotton. There is a 3rd style in the design stage. "Alto," is our own shirt line, born out of the need for women’s western shirt with an outstanding fit. Here are 6 production ready styles. We started by draping a classic style with a slim but comfortable fit and cut it in a high end fabric. After perfecting the first style "Classic-High End" we created multiple versions on the same theme using more affordable fabrics and with a less traditional appeal. Business
